    Hi Kino!

    Is this helpful for someone who has a bulging lower disc in my back or should I avoid it for now? Do you know which postures in the primary series would help me heal or better- which ones I should avoid?

    Ты не представляешь, сколько лет я терпел боль ) Врачи сказали, что мне не вылечиться ))) А тут хруснуло, щёлкнуло и скелет в центре!     I know this is a little off topic, but do you have any books or videos available that demonstrate how to do a short practice when you don’t have enough time etc to do the full practice? Like what you could skip or where you could stop at etc? Thank you.
