    Your back needs to be alligned in Halasana. You put way too much weight on your neck in the video. That’s probably the reason why you have neck problems. Perhaps you should think more yoga and less gymnastics. Namaste :o)

    Yes, its yoga, not contortion. Its my own little routine put together to make a little bit of a show. I think yoga can look lovely as a performance. By the way, I don’t practice every day or even every week as I’ve always been naturally strong and flexible as I have the genetic condition hypermobility.

    …This is yoga …but incomplete yoga…please always use a mat to do yoga on…otherwise its effect is going to get neutralized as the energy flow will be absorbed by the Earth…!!!!

    you should not bring back your legs in such a manner. they should be together and to bring back you should take minimum two minutes. I think , to get a serous back ache problem , you are getting ready.
