We’re as guilty as anyone of saying sayonara to exercise as soon as we head out the door for vacation. But there are some very good reasons to practice yoga …
Cool tricks at the end, looks fun!
I’m a sucker for yoga when I’m traveling. I finally got around to buying yoga gloves and socks so I don’t need to pack my mat, and that makes it so much simpler!
I’ve never done yoga, but I really want to try this. My favourite workout is Zumba! I will find a class wherever I travel to! New classes with different instructors is so much fun, and keeps things fresh and exciting. Also, what nail polish are you wearing, Mollie? So bright and happy for summer!
I took a yoga class at school and it finished up about a month ago. I haven’t done it since, but this really makes me want to break out my mat again. 🙂
The best birchbox video ever, seriously! It was so lively and fun, also very, very helpful 🙂 gonna try out
yeah! make sure you watch until the end kids for some super fun stuff. Mollie rocks! xoxo
aw! had so much fun 🙂 thank youuu!
hi! i love taking classes when i’m in new places too 🙂 i’m wearing london calling from our new color club x birchbox wanderlust collection – it’s a neon pistachio. love!
I do yoga early mrng at 6 ,mollie !! I like doing the butterfly flaps and cat stretches that will give you good relief !!
Adorable!! Inspires me to get back into yoga 🙂
go you! wish i could do yoga at 6 every morning 🙂
as a passionate yogi & traveller I recommend downdogs – great pose with lots of benefits!
I love Tara Stiles Get Happy routine for when i’m travelling!
Ok Mollie ! How long did it take you to be able to do a handstand over into a back bend? I’ve been doing them up against a wall but my 6 year old daughter does them round the clock. It has inspired this once limber Mom to do them again. Please share any tips you have.
Hi! I have been doing handstands to backbends since I was a kid–it helps that I’m short and closer to the ground. But when I’m learning new (scary) poses I think having a teacher you trust is always great – they can spot you and help you identify where you are off-balance or holding back. I’m trying to conquer Forearm Stand!
