    Thank you very much for this video Valerie. I especially appreciated the starfish twist and the happy baby, I’d never tried this poses before and they really helped me with my back pain! Overall amazing, relaxing video!

    Hi! i just started practising yoga yesterday..i did it for 3 hours i loved it so much! Its so relaxing and soothing.I did this routine before bed and i love it! especially the flow that starts and ends with the childs pose its so effortless to change position and it feels so good.Thank you so much! Im so happy i found a training method that i love.i never exercised in any way shape or form before. Love from Sweden!!

    This week has been so stressful for me. My neck and back were so tense. I decided to get into yoga and found this. I did it twice in a row and I feel so relaxed and my muscles aren’t nearly as tense. Thank you so much!

    Hey. My brother had really good results with their unbearable insomnia after going to SleepTight (dot) tk (yes, they told me .TK). Now living a new outlook on a happy sleep filled life. So I recommend to anyone having sleep issues to go to the SleepTight . tk site and try it out tonight. Good Luck!

    I’m a stay at home mom, so my day is so so so crazy and hectic. I thought I’d try out some night time yoga and just found myself LOVING this video. It really helped me unwind and have a little me time. Thanks for the awesome video for a beginner!

    So glad you found this helpful. We all need to take time to take care of ourselves so that we can take good care of the ones we love. When things get stressful and no mat is near…just remember to breathe:)

    nice little sequence! i am just not sure if deep forward bends / hamstring stretches are a good thing to do when you’re not properly warmed up?!?

    My third night of doing this and I can honestly say the last 3 nights ive slept full night sleeps for the first time in years

    Too much chatter and repetitive words it was very distracting. Nice poses for relaxation though. Trying not to be distracted by the words was my meditation. 🙂

    It was very relaxing, the only disturbing thing are the advertisements that suddenly appear and interrupt and scare me.!
