    This workout was good for the heat, because it was not so much on the cardio side,
    but a) I’m too impatient for yoga and b) my arms are too weak for all the planks – I’m working on it, but I think I’m not the yoga type of person – I prefer Pilates or even your ballet workouts (forearm plank is just half bad in comparison to full plank)
