Its a very good video. Can you suggest some exercise for the sore tendons on the outer side of the thighs which extends to the calf as well. Many thanks in advance.

Esther, when you say “Draw it in” , what exactly do you mean???,… does it mean zipping up the stomach. ???? or stretrching the back leg.. love your channel…
This is one of those sequences that will make me so proud of myself if I can even get through the whole thing. 4 minutes in and I am telling myself I don’t even want strong legs anymore! Guess I better do it again tomorrow.
