I used to do this kind of thing all the time as a child and didn’t have a clue that it was yoga, LOL! I noticed you have very high arches in your feet. Do you get plantar fasciitis? Also, may I ask why the tops of your feet are bruised? I don’t mean to be rude, but I have high arches as well and am occasionally in a lot of pain from dancing.

I think yoga and bodywork keeps plantar fascitis at bay. I use balls…softball, baseball, lacrosse ball, golf ball, to manage tension in feet. Mine are tattooed with henna colored ink.

Thanks for your reply. I also use tennis balls and frozen water bottles. I was kinda thinking those might be tattoos, but it was just too far away to be sure and I bruise the tops of my feet in my boots on a regular basis. Have a great day! :^)
