    I love this pose, it helps me to calm down before sleep.
    I showed your videos to my mom, she liked them so much that she noted sequences and certain poses, though she’s mostly indifferent to yoga videos.
    My mom sad that she’d love to see some yoga practice on her problem which is that her thyroid gland is overstimulated and therefore she weights 90kg being 47 years old. She takes the necessary treatment, eats quite healthy and does yoga every day but she can’t lose weight. Could you help? Thanx

    And it’s the matter of health not aesthetic, because big weight ruins the knees and so on.

    Oh this is so great!! Thank you. I´ll have a try with it-b/c I´m on my feet for over ten hours at work every day. Is it also helpful to prevent swelling of the feet ?? My left foot is always swollen in the end of the day and especially in summertime.

    i have a big tummy so when i tried this my tummy  rolled down and landed on top of my face and closed my nostrils so i could not breath. in panic i took the pillow from under my bum and put it under my chin to keep the belly from choking me. can you imagine that. i was glad i was able to do it though and so i rewarded myself with a pint of haagen daaz. haha

    very nice! I have varicose vein problem on my legs. Is this good for varicose vein?

    This is really good for varicose veins. If you have varicose, you should do it every evening at least for 4 minutes.

    um.. maybe because your body is a bit upside down so it’s not actually comfortable?

    You’d be reversing the blood flow when it is naturally going downwards so it sort of defeats the purpose of making the legs feel better.

    I highly recommend this pose if you suffer from Restless Legs Syndrome or achy legs at night.
