Totally…eat right and do 60 minutes of challenging yoga 3-5 times a week, and you’ll see and feel changes almost immediately.

this is really hard to follow when you go so fast
hi sadie, im a beggine to yoga, and i attempted this video with some difficulty. im not very flexible as a result im finding someof the position extremely difficult to do. for example my arms cannot reach over my head from behind. if i am perisant would my flexibility improve or shall i look for an easier video to start with.

I had my real first taste of ashtanga yoga a couple weeks back and I absolutely loved it. Once I clear my schedule I’ll be doing it 3x a wk! 😀

Just move towards the pose, and work where your body stops you. This is my body after 15 years of yoga. Yours will look different, but if you’re working, and in alignment, it’s perfectly fine to be doing less of the movement for now. You’ll chip away at these poses, and get there soon! xoSadie
