    Hi Esther. I was wondering if there were any relaxing poses that are good for just sitting and meditation. i like the one at 1:57 and and 3:25 (what is the name of that pose?) . i remember you saying that you could stay in that pose for a while (in a different video) so i was wondering if there were any other poses that were´╗┐ like this. i mean sitting for say 5-10 minutes in this relaxing pose. thanks ­čÖé

    For years I have tried to get my friend into a healthy workout routine and eating healthier. She wants to lose weight and.. I think this video helped inspire her to listen and´╗┐ pick up Yoga. She recently hit her goal of losing 20 pounds before summer.

    i know that the first part is true. i live with my bff, we eat the same and she’s really skinny and i’m fat. my brother eats more´╗┐ than me and he is skinny.
