Are the palms of my hand suppose to hurt?
Have been using this for 30 days, i’m in the medical field and Weight Loss Idealiss DOES cause weight loss, and it does it without any effects that you feel, no jitters, nervous tensions, etc. So far, i am very pleased….

Perhaps we need to work a little flexibility in the feet- often over looked and our poor feet DO need the love and attention. A yoga for the feet video is on the books to shoot- I hope you will stay tuned for it. Also- all yoga can be useful for stress relief if we begin to practice full body awareness, bring attention back to the breathe, find joy in the movement and practice quality of movement and being mindful. If the practice feels good in your body I say – 3 times a week! Feel it out! Set a goal for one week and know you can change the next.
Thats the spirit! It is challenging! But in time it will grow and evolve and you will be amazed 🙂 Also- let the breath inform your movement but know that you can set the rules on that. Sometimes I feel people get so stuck on how to breathe they stop the breath from doing its thang- its flow. Let it flow. <3!

i have a question, i like to do yoga, however my wrists hurt when i put some weight on in some poses, does they will get stronger? or i should just learn to deal with this issue? btw LOVE you and your videos, but specially you vibe!! *sending love*

A common question and should be treated individually – but I can say that building strength and awareness in your body will take some of the pressure of your wrists in time. PRACTICE. Your body will tell you if you have been pushing past your edge and need to go back and reevaluate. My wrists have certainly gone from fussy to feeling fine through a healthy practice. Make sure you are pressing up and out of your palms and that you feel connected to the earth but not sinking into the bones.
Try practicing on your fists to alleviate some of that pressure- also try turning your fingers out just a bit. Also- see the response below!! I do believe we can take some of that pressure and pain (pain- bad!) out of the wrists through mindful practice! xo

Well, everyone is different! Different bodies, diets, energy levels and everyone supplements their yoga routine with different things. BUT- I would say that if this feels comfortable in your body – try it 3-4 times a week and add a walk a day- even a 5-15 min walk- and my guess is you will notice a difference. All around!
It would be a shame for you not to get ripped when other people do it easily using Zippy Fat Loss (check it out on Google).
