    Esther, i have a serious question, i practice Thai Boxing at a professional level which over the years has taken its toll on my body, are there any exercises like these i can do to ease tension and help strengthen my muscles and tendons as i am only 23 i would like to keep at your exercise regimes as they help me a lot

    Holy shit!!! lol sorry excuse my language but I just tried this and I could hardly left my legs the way you did, I didn’t realize how weak they were. I’m going to be doing a lot of these. I think this one video just made me a fan of all your others and I haven’t even seen them yet!!!

    I’m still a bit crappy at this yoga business, but so far I’m not doing too bad and I’ve noticed that I’m not as stressed out as usual after I’ve done it. Videos I’ve seen so far are great. Brilliant teacher =).

    Will this help my legs get like bigger? I am very like Bony on my legs, like skinny jeans on me r almost like flares lol well not exactly but I am bony lol so I hope this will help!

    When you say stronger, do you mean more bulgy on the calf and thick, thin till the ankle and bulgy on the calf or just means more endurance to rough sports i.e. muscle flexibility
