    Very useful video, it’s true that this asana, being very early in the primary series can make newcomers feel very disappointed, but it is also an asana that can give you great satisfaction watching your everyday progress, if you take it slowly. Great work as usual Kino.

    Just tried this for the first time. I can only do the first part (knee to chest) and then rotate. I wobble about like jelly. Must try harder!
