    This is how it should be taught…slow movements, and letting the breath stretch you in the positions to gain more flexibility

    If you have a translator on your smart phone—try using it; I am minoring in spanish & know this can be very frustrating! Prayers your way.

    I’ve been searching for a practice that caters to beginners and this is the first one I’ve found that is instructed at a pace that is easy to follow and provides demonstrated variations for all levels of flexibility. Thank you for making yoga so accessible for everyone!

    I did this session today after making my bed and vacuuming. My back was bothering me, but after I did this session my back felt better! 😀 I did have trouble with some of the floor twists though cause I have scoliosis and limited flexibility in my back. But there’s not a whole lot that can fix that. I just do my best.

    u’re right. You are smart if you understand you need to eat right at your age to kill your belly. And I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard. i found it here bit.ly/12rpfKL?=lutvd

    Too much fun, I’m not really a “beginner” but I still enjoy this.
