Hi Esther, I love your videos for Beginners. They are excellent. I had both ballet and yoga in the past,but especially ballet,and you use so much of ballet’s balance(Well,the same),and the arms,hands,and feet are often in ballet poses somewhat,as well. holy moly.. I do fitness 5x a week but I never felt so tired after doing the 3 beginner parts in a row. I’m very impressed with the relaxing effect , btw sorry for my bad english.

my first ever attempt at yoga and I did your Yoga for beginners 1,2 and 3 – I always used to be abit skeptical about yoga but I feel surprisingly energized and was a tougher work out than it looks! thanks 🙂

Its hard to follow along in this 1 because you spend a long time in each pose and I lose strength before you move onto the next 1. There is a lot of using the arms to hold up your weight.
