    This was seriously amazing, when somebody interuppts me from yoga, I get kind of mad, I always go to your videos first, I have a playlist for me of your videos. I rarely watch TV anymore, witch is obviously a good thing. Yoga is an amazing thing, and thinking of being´╗┐ a yoga instructor once i get through, you know everything. I want to really know yoga before I teach it.

    Are you sure that this´╗┐ is for beginners? Not sure about the very last forward & back bending positions. Are there not any alternative positions that can be done?

    Wow finally a session I am able to completely do with my artificial right hip & weak left hip from due to a childhood injury! I feel great. So glad my kidney doctor recomended yoga! I have been watching you video but this is the first time I participate & could do them all. Wow I praise God´╗┐ I continued to tune in & watch your videos with hope that there would soon be some I am able to do with my weak heart only 20% functioning.Thx so much for posting this video10 *.     I love this video, but I can┬┤t put my hands like that on my back and bend backwards, it hurts my fingers… so I just skip that part.
    AND it┬┤s a bit confusing when you say “right” but to us watching it looks like “left”. Please think of that in the future.
