    First time ever that i try a yoga routine but, is it normal that my knees hurt while i’m doing the warrior position???

    Make sure you have your knee directly over the ankle. It can hurt if the knee goes past the ankle. Also, press down equally through both feet, inner and outer edges, so that the weight is evenly distributed. Hopefully that helps! –Erica

    Yes. It strengthens and stretches all of your muscles. It gets blood and oxygen flowing to places in your body where energy is stagnent. It can give you peace of mind if you truly let yourself focus on the breath. I could write an essay right now, but I will leave you with that to start. Just try it!! 🙂 — Erica
