    DO you guys think its a good idea to do this type of exercises for some one that got l1 and l2 dislocated >? i suffer from siatic and also my l1 and l2 are a little dislocated that causes stiff back and lower back pain.

    Hi, From a distance I have to say check with your doctor what he/she thinks. I would use a much lower roll and adapt the exercise for you if you would be one of my students here and I could be there to supervise. But I can’t from a distance, really see what your doctor says!

    Ask your doctor,it depends how progressed it is and where etc. Lengthening and creating space in that area is always recommended. But it is impossible to give you good advice without a closer look!

    I did this for 5 minutes and it’s already making my back feel better. Very stiff lower back for the last few days and this yoga move is working!!

    Many thanks again Esther for all your wonderful videos. I did this yesterday (after some gentle warm up!) & it eased the stiffness that I’d had for several days instantly. I did it before going to bed & followed it with an ice pack for 10mins & “violla” no stiffness this morning ;-). As soon as my pay cheque goes through I will be ordering your beginner yoga DVD.

    my lower back has been stiff for the passed 3 days, I tried sleeping with pillows under my legs, side sleeping with a pillow between my knees – nothing has worked, I really hope this helps !

    Ok I tried it and then went to sleep, today that lower area is still sore, and it hurts to bend down (and especially to come back up!) but I am able to get up from a lying down position without it hurting too badly so I guess that’s progress.

    had back-pain for past 2 months, tried sleeping on floor, hard bed, soft bed .. no improvement BUT with this yoga it went away. thanks a lot lady …. now i can sit for long duration of chair, bend down and be up pretty quickly …

    This is amazing! I have suffered with lower back pain for many years and after the recommended 5 minutes (when my back got really warm is this normal?!) for the first time I didn’t have any back pain! Obviously it wore off and the pain gradually came back but I’m going to keep doing this along with strengthening exercises.

    My low back is crazy tight. Lots of stress in life lately. I discovered your video, and I really like your energy, and how you describe and show each part thoroughly. I do some yoga, including restorative, which I love. I’m going to try this now. I do have osteoporosis, so I ‘m going to start with a very ‘low’ towel (like 1 inch) at first. Thank you! I know from past experience it’s going to help!

    Hi hi! Have you thought about – fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my auntie got detailed Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

    I can’t even twist or move without my lower back hurting. I feels like it just tightens and tightens almost squeezing the air out of me then it’s very painful. I think going to a doctor is my only hope.

    omg,, I’ve had back pain for sooo long,, I’ve just start yoga today,, I began with your yoga for begginers 1-3 and then i found this one,, This felt so good.. i dont even know what to say i started crying because the release of pain just gave me such an amazing feeling..

    Many thanks for the film. Youtube is great for this type of info.My mate had been bullied. He explained he was about to grow muscles. I did not believe him. Then out of the blue he gained 40 pounds of natural muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He doesn’t get bullied anymore. 🙂 I actually registered a few days ago. And this mans emails are fucking fascinating!!!
