if you want a workout just man up and go for a run…yoga helps improve flexibility and balance, and can also help you activate smaller muscles that are normally unused during serious workouts
Don’t expect yoga alone to suffice as a workout, its just part of the equation
into downward facing dog – dont be so hard on yourself
wow I feel soo good knowing I am flexible enough to do this! I have been doing splits stretching months ago but I wat to tone my legs and increase my flexibility and this has helped I will try to do everyday 🙂 next up? toning my stomach thank you so much I have now become a Yogatic 🙂

Muscle is what tones the body.
Technically, you’re not lifting any additional weights, just your own leg weight etc. I dont think you’d build muscles like body builders lol, and muscles are what tones the body. so you will get muscles, but not that much.
