    You guys are awesome. I’ve used some of your videos on and off for about 6 months cause I really wanted to tone my body. The thing was, I lost 12lbs along the way too! Hahaha. Awesome really.

    as this video does not have any warm ups or cool downs should I use one of your other videos to warm up/cool down before I begin this one? and would that be the same as all your other videos if they do not include a warm up etc?

    Wow, looks good. I’ll try this. Have been doing Cardio-Pilates Interval Training as I love Pilates, but often I lose balance during the Pilates controlled moves. I also love Kelli’s “Quiet Cardio” workout. Please do another. Thanks so much.

    Great videos, well explained, nicely filmed. I can finally get rid of my twin pregnancy flabby belly and cesarian flab! thank you! The only thing missing is some commentary about the breathing and how the core (stomach area) should be held with each position…
