Bhakti yoga means total love for God or God realization , But you have left out many other important and valid paths . Rāja Yoga “royal union” Karma Yoga, “discipline of action” Jnana Yoga, “path of knowledge” & Hatha Yoga “preparatory stage of physical purification that the body practices for higher meditation. ” There is no quick fix and you have to start somewhere
Rāja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Hatha Yoga are all valid paths it is a foolish man whom thinks his way is the only correct way. There is no quick fix & we need to start with the simplest of things and build on that day after day. Yes some yoga is like gymnastics which is fine In the Hatha Yoga tradition body practices are the preparatory stage of physical purification for the higher meditations. All the yogas when practiced correctly end in the same place.
Why mention the other ones when you can skip all them and go to Bhakti-yoga which is perfection? Age actually means nothing being that we are soul which is eternal. So if your going by age your going by material means.

Cool is not a requirement for a good yoga mat . Grip and how they last are important.. So personally I would pass on this mat.

Your legs need to be alive and not over working other wise you will Jam and you don’t want that .
Looking for a great yoga mat?
Personally I would not use this mat after looking at your website. It looks cheap, there are a lot of qualities you need when looking for a yoga mat. A few pictures on them is not high on my list. Sign up to the email list over at my website I am going to review a lot of different yoga mats as after 15 years of using mine I finally need a new one this year the search is on.
I am no where near as experienced as you are at Yoga, and I very much appreciate you knowledgeable insight you share with myself and fellow users through your videos. For myself, being a novice at yoga, and having a very busy lifestyle, I found the TrainerMat to be nice, because it was the same price as most other mats, but also had a basic routine of 28 stretches printed onto it. The quality seems nice to me and I am a fan of the fact that is eco-friendly!

i’m almost 19 and i feel like my body is not as functional as it should be, i’m 1,75 cm tall and weight 62 kg but i have no flexibility and posture problems. And as most people, anxiety issues. So i’ve decided to try Yoga to get in shape. Thank you for the videos 🙂

i wanted to ask a question that is unrelated to this vid….. while doing surya namaskar pose no 3, every one says to keep the knees straight… but i’m confused as to whether to lock the knees or not….. plz guide…….

WIth yoga there is not one answer. If your hamstrings are tight you may need to have the knees bent. Its a personal thing. You can also over stretch hyper extent the legs.
