    Hi, just come down slowly, knees down for sure if you are still building strength, get used to bending your elbows back. Adjusting your feet between up dog and down dog is fine, no worries. Look at my new video up chaturanga and up dog. This might help you.

    I just want to say, thank you so much for these videos!! I have always wanted to do yoga, but i’m a student and can’t afford it but you have given me the opportunity to start! You’re a great teacher as well, and your voice is so relaxing and calming – great after a stressful day! 🙂

    many Yoga workouts are too advanced for absolute beginners , but you made it so easy thx a lot . im a new member in yoga world , How many times a week should I do Yoga and for how long? how long should I practice these 5 parts ? when will i be able to do advanced exercises?

    I absolutely love your yoga videos, Esther!! You are an excellent teacher. I have a question, my parents are older and suffer from arthritis and my Mom also has carpal tunnel, and they are looking for a light yoga workout. Could you make a “gentle yoga” video for elderly people or offer some tips? Thank you sooooo much!!!
