Love your teachings. I’ve been looking for a yoga for relaxation video. I’ll have to see if you have one! If not, could you maybe make one some day? 🙂 I enjoy how relaxing yoga exercises can be, it’s really helpful after long and stressful days, but I don’t have a video that focuses on that.

the warrior pose really kills my straight leg
Is it bad that my ankles, toes, and knees pop almost every time I change positions?
I love what these poses are doing for me, but they really hurt sometimes! I’m trying not to overdo it. I find I’m much more limber after some time on the treadmill.

Esther, I love your videos. I am a new yogi, and I have been looking for a good video instructor to help me take my love for yoga to the next level. Your videos very descriptive and help me understand the “why” of each breath, pose, and movement. Keep posting for us beginners.

Not that I’m an expert, but my personal preference is to warm up a bit so your muscles are warm. Then you can do the exercises without potentially damaging/stretching a muscle. 🙂
