This was a nice breather after yesterday! And Garret is so awesome. I feel like he is extremely motivating without yelling and being an asshole. Calmness really does go a long way! I’m looking forward to sticking with this the whole 90 days!!!

Hi there, have you tried “BellyFATtack”? Just search Google. On there you will see a useful free video by a recognised medical professional teaching on the best way to lose body fat. It helped David to lose his tummy fat. It might help you out as well.

This has to be one of my least videos of the program. Her way of yoga is just toooooo fast to enjoy the stretches.
Day 2 is all done. I actually woke up this morning and I couldn’t wait to exercise.
day 2 done, i find this yoga a little difficult but hope it wouldn’t in the next day,
by the way those workouts are awesome and i enjoy to do them
