can you please write the level next to your videos? I want to know what level is each video.
I would say that as long as there isn’t a serious injury- broken spine, vertebra, dislocation, etc, this would be fine to do. Just do it slowly and concentrate on your neck relaxing and you should be fine. If a move hurts too much, don’t do it!
Maybe not, depending on the problem. Hopefully by now your neck is feeling better!
