Your good. I am a 43 year old M with a bad back. Some of the exercises I was given in physical therapy were yoga poses. I started watching your videos the other day with the beginners Pt1. I can already tell a difference in my range of motion. I guess it will be awhile before I am flexable enough to do that pose. I will keep working towards the more advance poses. Thank you so much for sharing what you know.

Esther should we hold that final position untill we crumble and fall? Or should we back it off when we start to shake and lose balance?

Great video – looking forward to trying this one out tonight! Might be a little above my current ability, but I love your quote (Balancing on your arms gives us a feeling of greatness, even just trying it :).

My instructor calls the first pose “lizard pose”…it is a fantastic stretch, but I’ve not tried this vinyasa. Something to work on (as always in yoga)! Thank you!

Wow, you know what? I am actually on a similar pose at 1:45 but with my right leg folded to the right of me. Your version is much harder… I just tried it … the balance you need and you have is intense! Very nice!

I love your videos. I tried this for the first time today and got it! After doing my own practice. I was nice and warmed up. I don’t look as graceful as you but I did it. Thank you
