It would be a shame for you not to bulk up when these people accomplish it so easily with Lean Body Blaster (Look it up on google).

It would be a shame for you not to build muscle when other people accomplish it easily with Zippy Fat Loss (search for it on google).

Amazing film. Youtube is great for this kind of thing. My homeboy used to be bullied. He said he was about to get bigger muscles. I did not believe him. Then in a matter of weeks he gained 40 pounds of full-strength muscle. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). No-one dares to bully him nowadays. 🙂 I registered last week. See what will happen. Plus the mans emails are great!!!

I use to work out every day and was in such good shape. Recently (the past 2 months) though I ‘ve been traveling alot and not had any time to go to a gym, so I thought why not yoga. This was very helpful! I’m not to concerned about weight loss, but more strength and endurance. Do you have other videos for beginners good for that?

Thank you so much for posting this! Every other “beginner” yoga video made me horribly discouraged because I felt like a failure for not being able to do the poses and doing them so fast. Your video is great! I feel it truly is a beginner video and not only are you encouraging but it’s so relaxing!

  • yogatic 7 years ago

Great to hear Samantha, keep it up and don’t get discouraged. Remember there is no competition in Yoga, you do what you can. Failure is not a word possible in Yoga! x

  • xlauraroccox 7 years ago

What do you do if you find that this is too hard on your wrists?

  • Haley Day 7 years ago

What do u do if this hurts ur elbows?

  • yogatic 7 years ago

pull your navel up and in! Also when you are on the loo, try to stop mid flow.. seriously.. that is ‘lifting your pelvic floor’ 🙂 🙂

  • yogatic 7 years ago

I have a video on my channel for carpal tunnel syndrome. It has good stretches for your wrists.. try it.. It’s takes time to build strength so if something hurts, come out of the pose and rest. And try it again the next day!

  • yogatic 7 years ago

Make sure you dont’ lock your elbows, try to keep some softness in them. That might help?

What does it mean if you sweat a lot while doing a yoga?

  • Emily Daines 7 years ago

Hello this is a great video. I just wondered if you could tell me what I could use instead of a yoga mat becuse i do not have one thank you.

  • dove95 7 years ago

I tried this for about seven minutes until my cat started freaking out! haha. I’ll have to try again when he’s a little more relaxed.

  • Ginger C 7 years ago

Hi! I love your yoga videos, they are seriously the most relaxing and calming ones out here! Thanks so much for your effort for all of us:} I have a question to ask not related to yoga— you are from the Nederlands right? Could you recommend to me what videos on youtube are the best for learning Dutch language? I strongly wish to learn it well with good pronunciation.

  • yogatic 7 years ago

A towel that won’t slip, or do it on a carpet! Be creative 🙂

First of all thank you for your videos, I really love them:). I believe my sister would qlso greatly benefit from some yoga, but due to a permanent injuryof one of her wrists, she cannot do plank or downward dog poses. Each time she tries yoga she gets very frustrated from this. Do you have any videos that she could try? or are there modifications she could try ( pressure on her wrist hurts and she doesn’t have full range of motion)? I really hope you can help her out!

  • yogatic 7 years ago

Injuries can be very frustrating indeed! Instead of doing downward dog, she could try dolphin pose. When doing the blank, she can come down on her forearms instead – forearm plank pose. I wish your sister the best of luck. 🙂 Es
