    We do yoga to make us flexible, not because we are flexible! I couldn’t touch my toes when I first started! Not even close.

    100% The Women’s Health Big Book of Yoga by Kathryn Budig. She’s my “guru” I guess you could say, and this book is absolutely phenomenal. Definitely pick it up if you’re interested in starting yoga!
