This video is really helpful but i have question about technique on the first exercise although it probably relates to most of them. I am tall and have had bad posture so i want to make sure i am doing this correctly which will hopefully help my posture.
(message is below as it had too many characters)
    Thanks again.

When i start i go to about the same point as when you first stop, if i fully relax my lower back stays at that angle and my body arches from just below my shoulder blades stretching the muscles in the middle of my back, if i keep a straight back i can only relax by taking my body weight on my arms and pushing through my shoulders, this also works the muscles in my upper back. Which way is correct?

    Thanks, here goes.
When i start i go to about the same point as when you first stop, if i fully relax my lower back stays at that angle and my body arches from just below my shoulder blades stretching the muscles in the middle of my back, if i keep a straight back i can only relax by taking my body weight on my arms and pushing through my shoulders which also works the muscles in my upper back.
Which way is correct, i assume it’s the second as i keep a straighter back but help would be great?
