    Ive done this of course, I do prefer the ambient noise of the actual massage in the video too, a video made to this purpose would be greatly enjoyable, by myself and many others, youtube doesnt have enough of that genre which is why Ive made this pleasant suggestion 🙂

    Im sorry, did I offend you with my comment? I was making a pleasant suggestion, I like a genre of massage video where ambient massage noises in the room are heard without verbal instruction. Of course I understand the purpose of having instruction in the video, and I think those are good videos too… I was communicating with psychetruth, sharing an idea, precisely what the comment section is for 🙂 no reason to take an argumentative tone with me 🙂

    That’s really awesome! But one question, why does watching a women doing yoga is such a turn-on? I mean Jen is hot but in yoga position, don’t think she would finish her move that I’d be over her! I mean sex with a yoga instructor must be mind blowing!

    Thanks for the vid, very good stretches.
    Maybe not use a clip mic though, levels got all weird through the poses.
    Fixed boom or directional mic might do you better.

    Hi Jen, I think it’s going to help. Thanks for posting these easy poses. I have a frozen shoulder that limits my stretching but I just work around that. I’m stiff after 1 day of doing them but hope it helps with my flexibility. Aloha!

    Thank you! just came back from 10 hours of sitting in the office. Neck, back, shoulders are so tense and this help me really felt the sore pain. Not only it relaxes my muscles… it also relaxes my mind. Love the choice of your music 🙂 This channel is awesome!

    My lower back is definitely relaxed. However, my upper back is still giving my trouble. Do you think you could do a video more for upper back and shoulders? Other than that, I loved it! Your a great teacher and cute to boot 😉

    can you show similar stretches for people who have hip rotation? I have a rotated hip and I can’t do some of the twisting things and the hip stretch on your other videos. Thanks.

    I also have back pain, all areas as well as neck. Some of the exercises has helped to stretch my back, which is great, it’s just throws my hip out of alignment
