Thanks, everyone! I appreciate all your happy comments. I have no idea how you could tell my bangs were trimmed from there, but GOOD EYE! You’re either a woman or a photographer, right? 🙂 Anyway, all of these are built off a similar balancing point, knee to arm, so try to find it, and then rock and roll it!!!

Sadie, my feet in the squat position turn sideways. the toes don’t point forward. does it matter? My feet can go flat all the way when pointed sideways but pointing forward the heels don’t touch the ground. Should i be trying for pointing forward toes?

You have freakish uperbody strength for a woman. @ 2:40 looks like you got your right arm in a triangle choke. Very hard to wrap my mind around.

Is there a proper way to get into the pose? As in i could do some of these poses, but i jst follow any particular form, i jst randomly getinto it. Is it unhealthy?
I’ve never had anyone show me this simply how to do these advanced poses! I’ve been practicing on and off 16 yrs and some of the videos out there are not challenging enough for me. I’ll have to try yours. Namaste. You’re awesome and beautiful.

Hi Sadie, When I bring my hands down for titibasana my palms aren’t fully grounded which isn’t a great foundation for the posture. Could this be caused from tightness in my shoulders? I have been working on postures like eagle and cow face to open up through the shoulders is there anything you can suggest to help?
