    my sister is a teenager (15 years old) , her weight is like 70kgs…….. her body does seem fat and her waist is 32or 33 inches and her height is 169cms and her thighs are a bit thick and pulpy 😛 XD ……..so i needed to ask wht you suggest for toning the whole body up for a perfect body shape!!! PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP…………..

    Try looking at they’re collection of videos and try and search for yoga postures for specific things… try and clean up her diet… I know this is said alot but it is true…DRINK MORE WATER, feed her plenty of water, eat at least 3 fruits and 3 veg a day, minimum 12 a week. go walking with her as cardio is very good for the heart and reduces fat. try and exercise with at least 4 times a week! try all this and see.

    Hiyaaaa! Have you thought about – fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got amazing 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

    I agree with you girl! It did wonders to my skin
    especially in my thigh area. Until now, it

    yes I agree cant even believe it. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly.
