Is there a way to perform this without a partner ?
back to the wall. foot on the wall and kneel down on that knee. The other hip is flexed in front of you like a lunge. Get closer and closer to the wall. Lock your low back and squeeze your glute on the active site to extend the hip.
That works, although not as well. I’ll try to post that one.
