your going to feel it in the front of the leg, reach back and grab the ball. ha ha. I don’t feel it and don’t even have a ball, help, ha ha. (: this sounds so perverted and plus I’m a guy 🙂
Uhm, you’re not supposed to arch your back while you do this stretch. If anything, you should rotate the pelvis forward (the motion opposite of what happens when you arch your back).
