    Good sleep can be difficult to achieve in pregnancy. Come and have a look at my video on the pregnancy support pillow I designed in my 4th and 5th pregnancies? It has two pillow so that you do not need to move anything when you roll over, it can’t fall off the bed, and is small enough to fit in an overnight bag. I have called it the Ready2Roll Pregnancy Pillow because a good night’s sleep makes you ready to roll for a new day.

    I’m 6 months and all I do is sleep all day I’m always tired and I can never find the energy to take a walk or do yoga I’ve been having a lot of pains at night when it’s time for bed and I wake up feeling sick every morning but I’m no longer having morning sickness What can I do to stop the fatigue? Is there something I can eat or drink before bed to stop the nausea in the morning??????

    Sorry to hear you are so tired and nausea. Please check your IRON, eat dark greens and that will help “energy” and iron. The nausea may be hormonal but ginger tea an small meals and snacks are better than “big” meals. Make sure you are hydrated with fluids that can help balance your body also.     I love this video! I barely exercise since I found out that I’m pregnant (because i had miscarriage before, so I’m about too careful with this pregnancy).
    I practice this video almost everyday since I’m 5 months pregnant. Thank you!

    thank you for the video 🙂 !! I am 6 months now and i am just starting to realize how important yoga and moderate exercise is. The 10 minute video i’m seeing here, is this all i need to do for yoga (for the day) or is there a longer version some where?

    I had a question- What time frame of pregnancy would these exercises be safe for? and the most beneficial…is there a point in the pregnancy that exercises should be avoided- like in 9th month?

    I’m 7 weeks and was told by my doc to do nothing strenuous…this vid was perfect! It relaxed me and helped me not to feel like the couch potato I’ve been.

    Every morning when I wake up (also during the night) I have this horrible upper back pain (Im wearing pregnancy belt for the lower back pain). The paim is so strong that I cant even roll to the left side, not to mention what kind of effort does it takes to stand up! So I’ve done this excersize now,without any hope it will help, and guess what? IT HELPED my pain go away a little bit! I think if I will repeat this excersize during the day it will probably help my pain reduce to 70%. THANK YOU!!!!

    u’re right. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well. But The surprising part is my friend who is not doing much excercises, maintaining his six pack with this secret food items. i found it here :

    Excellent video. I stumbled upon this because my good friend evolved into a lady-magnet He went from a no-one into being awesome. He pretended he failed to notice.     I’ve looked over some of the observations on here however I realize it’s a quality video. My bro simply wants to get outstanding with women. He studied a fuck load from Master Attraction. (Google it if you want pretty good emails on picking up girls.) The strategies concerned with attracting women in clubs from Master Attraction got him his 1st bedroom encounters in 3 yrs. I’m irritated however considering that I heard them all.
