  • whackowitch 7 years ago

Were you able to workout at the same intensity during the first trimester?
I’ve been exercising regularly for 2-3 years and I felt like I could barely do anything without feeling overwhelmed during the first trimester.

  • mrsingram2013 7 years ago

My name is Janine I think I’m about 6 weeks I am tryin everything I can to stay fit and healthy but I am a CNA and my back is killing me any advice to relive the pain in my back I thought I had a uti or a kidney infection but the.Dr said I didn’t

  • doctorcathy 7 years ago

I always recommend that women get checked by their chiropractor to find the cause of their pain – if you don’t have one, go to ICPA4kids. org and look for someone in your area. Be sure to drink enough water and stay active to keep your body functioning at its best.

  • doctorcathy 7 years ago

I’ve heard a few women who regularly workout feel that way, but for the most part many women find that they have more energy if they stick with their workouts. I personally had no decrease in energy or stamina. I’ve been teaching aerobics classes for over 24 years and exercise regularly so I’m sure that had a lot to do with it. Modify when necessary but stay active. Check out my web site for hundreds more videos in the members’ section. EducatedPregnancy. com

This is safe and you can prepare yourself for a natrural birth by taking classes and practicing your birth plan.
