I’ve recently started attending yoga classes and have only been to about 3 or 4 “yoga for all” classes but thought I would give this a go and I am so glad I did! It was hard work and I was sweating but it was really enjoyable so thank you!

It would probably depend on the type of yoga you do. Let’s just say that yoga doesn’t burn calories as much as other regular exercise do. But, what’s good thing about it is that it slowly burn your calories and tone up your body at the same time. 🙂

Yoga can evolve too, you know?. I find ashtanga yoga much more fun and fulfilling than hatha. My teacher of ashtanga has an amazing flexibility thanks to ashtanga. And ashtanga and hatha are not that different, its mostly the speed that changes. Knowledge evolves in all aspects of life, you know?

How does this video differ from the power yoga videos you’ve posted? Love all of them! I used these videos on the days I can’t find time to get to a studio and they’re great.
