That was a good video but it seemed much slower and you did less poses as the others videos. I enjoyed it as I do all your videos but the next one ( hopefully SOON) can you make it more vigorous and more difficult poses. Maybe some side crow pose and some head stands and more abs too! You explain everything so perfect and clear and am so happy I found your videos about 1 year ago. Thank you! I think your next location video needs to be here in Corfu, Greece!
Why bother saying Namaste if you don’t continue your dialect in Sanskrit?

Hi Bryan, I follow a yoga video online every morning with lots of different instructors, but I keep coming back to your videos. You move at just the right pace and difficulty for me, with great options for my partner who isn’t as flexible. You explain things so well, do poses that create heat and get the heart racing, then rest at just the right times. Look forward to any new videos you might have in store for us in future. Thank you 🙂

I have to say I loved how this particular work out ended, it was so peaceful! It’s nice to do a work out for weight loss that’s more tranquil while still being difficult. Beats the yelling and loud music of other work out videos any day. Namaste!

I practice You tube yoga videos almost every day, there are a lot of good videos but i don’t usually comment. This yoga flow is special and I felt the need to say thank you, it was an amazing practice for a very emotional day.
I think I found god in a downward dog. I just wanted to thank you for these videos. They have helped me so much in my journey to health and healing my body dysmorphic disorder.Keep up the great work, I enjoy learning from your videos.
