    Internally feeling very unbalanced. I know what that means. All standing poses end up being unstable… and then the critical thoughts start. It’s amazing to me still how much these poses teach me in any given moment about my state of mind.

    @ladevoushkamasha it does ! I feel sooo good after I clear my head up and get on smoothly with this sequins, I wish I can do it outdoors..watching and learning from the trees and eagles how they naturally stand in balance so strong and sure

    Thank you for sharing. I didn’t realize how poor my balance was until I started practicing this sequence. Hopefully I will improve over time. When I do tree pose, the hip of the bent leg sometimes locks up. What am I doing incorrectly? Cheers!

    You’re so wonderful, Esther. I loved this sequence and love doing yoga along with you. Lately, I’ve been getting some knee pain. Do you think you can do a routine that deals with knee pain?
