    That was very good. I usually follow along with videos that feature women instructors. So I was skeptical of a following along with a goatee guy who looks more suited to teach martial arts than yoga. However I was wrong. The instruction in this video was superb and easy to follow. I’m all relaxed out now.I also like how the name of the position rolls out on a mat….nice touch.

    Exactly what I needed today! Easy yoga, with just a couple more difficult poses, and a nice meditation at the end. Awesome!!! Thank you for posting this class, it was great!!!!
