    Great vid. Does it mean, that when we inhale & exhale, we should be using the abdominal muscle? I find this difficult to understand. Fnx.

    I am also very confused about Bhastrika. Some sites recommend against if you suffer coronary heart disease and heart failure. I came across a paper which says that practicing Bhastrika will reverse coronary heart disease within a year, but, it must be practiced with other pranayama breathing. The published paper in peer reviewed American Journal of Cardiology, says, it can cause stress on the sympathetic nervous system and heart.
