I have had severe neck pain and shoulders for years. I have wanted to take up Yoga but was intimidated by the “beginner” classes on the net that seemed so advanced already. Thank you for making it basic and comfortable and realistic. Great video.

OMG, I’ve recently suffered from costochondritis and my chiropractor helped me get realigned to alleviate the pain. I get my rib heads adjusted regularly. This short and sweet clip helps me so much with the stiffness in the am. THANK YOU.
