    Thank you for sharing your video. Hip and knee surgeries, and lower back injury pain has keep me in pain for a long time. I found you and have only watch and stretched two days now and I can feel the difference. Today has been the first morning I was out of bed with little or no pain. Thank you for your help. I hope other people out there find you too….

    thank you so much for this. the hamstring stretch was really something I needed and will be working on daily. I’m only 15 and its ridiculous how tight my muscles are.

    That was phenomenal. I just started yoga today and found this video and it really helped me relax and stretch. Some I had issues with but I plan on using this video a lot so that I may learn to slip into flexibility. Thank you SO SO much! Namaste! <3

    subbed. Many yoga instructors on youtube simply tell you what to do “now put your hands up, breath, now put your hands down. Good.” Without explaining what the movement is. Your teaching method has the right balance in my opinion.

    Hi! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Backprolax Secrets (do a search on google), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you thought about home remedy called Backprolax Secrets? I have heard many extraordinary things about it and my work buddy completely cure his back pain safely with this remedy.

    I loved this video. I’m looking to do Yoga and starting out by watching videos on youtube is working great. It lets me go at my own pace and no one to make fun of me for doing a pose wrong.

    I’m really happy that you showed some extra stretches. I’m a big girl just getting into yoga. Losing weight I’ve lost 30+ so far and have a long ways to go. But I think with the assisted stretches I will b able to start sooner than I thought. =-)

    This has to be my favorite yoga stretch video so far! It’s nice and easy, and unlike other videos, Jen actually allows some time for us to adapt to the stretch. I feel great!
