yes! and you….:D lol I think her classes are the most creative and challenging on the internet, she blows away 75% of the teachers I go to in actually studio’s. Its inspiring for me as I hope to teach one day, and its a nice change from my daily morning practice.

Yeeeeiiii!! New class! I am so excited when you post new videos! Thanks dear Ali! I enjoyed this one a lot too. I have some updates of my progress from this class, I could finally perform 1st level of clasping hands behind on warrior 2, just clasping fingers, but it is a progress! And also the variation of the headstand with crow, this position was totally new for me and I am so happy I could perform it without problems. I am definitely improving with your videos and practice. unfortunately I couldn’t do all poses. but I know I need to have patience ( but its hard). As soon as one starts yoga, one gets in such a hush to do all poses, even inversions, that they forget to do the basics well and its a major mess. It happened to me. I’m feeling way better now doing yoga, than a while ago. I respect my body’s limitations more now-a-days, and that makes me go further, and the change is permanent. And it’s all because of your videos Ali, Thank you so much again =]

I was also wondering I have been trying to pay attention to not putting to much pressure on my wrist with downward dog, planks by pressing into pads of fingers not palm pressure, do you think this would cause my fingers to be sore:) haha Namaste!!

awww dawn evaro thank you from my heart! i will do a video on wrist alignment because its pretty hard to explain it on here so keep an eye out for it. but yes distributing the weight into the knuckles/base of fingers is right. as far as fruit veggie fasts go- yes there are many. but grape or watermelon or apples are some of my favorite. love

Hi Ali!! you are such an inspiration! I love your videos! 🙂 How long does it take for a beginner to do a headstand? Well actually I don’t think I am a beginner since I have been doing yoga for 4 months, but i have difficulties with dose kind of poses. Blessings! 🙂
fernanda rojas it really depends on the person. some people can learn it in 6-7 months, others take years. practice safe, be patient and you will get there when your body and your mind are ready for it. Love
