Yes this is definitely not beginners. Also, this is not I was thought to sit up. You have to turn to the side first.

Way too fast. Especially for Hatha Yoga. Our breathing should be much deeper and slower… and i like variety in my routine, not just routine….

This… is not hatha yoga.
Hatha is a more sedate style of Yoga, we have two other instructors on the site and we will have more Yoga routines in the next two weeks so subscribe so you are notified when they are online.

i wanted stretching, not crunches and bicycles… not your typical hatha yoga
so maybe its not technically Hatha yoga but its still a really good routine! people need to chill!

only partially Hatha and most is also not for beginners as it moves too quickly and some poses are too advanced
