    i cause empathy, i cause peace beyond species, i cause tao to be know, i cause it to be seen that all is consciousness, and so i prevent facist time loops, but if you cannot respect me fully, you bring upon yourself disaster, be wary of my trippy fractal aura, it does matter my feng shui is very important, do not exploit, respect truly connect, and the shroom consciousness will grow through your life, even without eating us, we pass on our dharma, lower your karma

    Hey, have you been told about KickAnxietyByFriday? (Google it). If you are still having feelings with bad panic attacks or general anxiety you should go check out KickAnxietyByFriday (Just google it or maybe add .com to the end?), as they can probably help you get rid of your anxiety-panic-specific fear problems fast, as they helped me.

    I’ve taken many yoga classes “live” during time and lately I began practicing a lot more yoga at home watching online classes. I must say this was amazing. Even better than most of the “live” ones. I like that you take your time and do not rush through (wich I in general think think there is a tendency to in online classes) and I think you explain the poses very well. I enjoyed it very much and I’m looking forward to do this one again. Thank you for sharing.

    Like the tip given with the triangle pose – I always place too much weight on the arm touching my leg. Now I’m putting less weight there and just using my arm for balance – the pose now feels easier. Thanks!

    I love this video I could feel all the muscles in my body. The instructions were easy to follow and I didn’t have to look and the voice was calm. Each pose was held for the perfect amount of time without being too long. This was great!

    Great video, I’ve just started learning yoga and I really like it, sometimes I feel strange I feel some bad energy releasing from my body and I was scared in the beginning but I understand that this bad energy has to go away from my spirit.
