    Wow, wiped me out!! My shoulder and neck have been a mess for a few years due to my desk job and lack of exercise. I can do a seriously modified version of this for about 30 minutes. I gotta keep it up to keep the pain away!! Thanks! I like doing this at night, better sleep!!

    The down dog position in this exercise gave me BPPV (bad dizziness when laying down). Now I have two problems, neck pain and BPPV. Great exercise but not for me.

    Well its good stuff, but it can be kinda hard to follow if english isnt your first language. Sometimes i dont understand wich bodyparts he is talking about… And not possible to watch the screen all the time so that leaves me clueless on what to do. Alltho i am a beginner so perhaps this isnt the best to start with. =) Thanks anyway !

    This video really should have a skills rating. Most of it was really good, but many of the moves aren’t suitable or possible for beginners and are really poorly advised, warning of potential injury halfway through the movement. It completely disrupts the flow of the session. I can see someone at home really straining themselves from trying some of these moves.

    yup i agree joshybug – ive never hda yoga lesson but have learnt stretching as part of my training but i aint very flexible and at ont point i had to get the missus to rescue me as i got a bit tangled up – however i know now my limits for this vid i can say it has helped free up some of the knots in my shoulders i have greater movement in my neck so will keep it up

    yes i mean it. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well. Listen I heard that most of the celebrities used to follow to kill their belly using this 7 food items. worth watch here now
