    Laying down or slightly propped up works great, IMO. But in general, I like to lay down with a pillow under my head when I listen to this stuff. Helps with the anxiety for sure.

    People urged me to meditate to help some issues I was having. I never really could get into meditation, my mind runs too much. This is exactly what I needed. I also did you other yoga videos, I’ve done yoga in a class but much prefer the at home and even in the class I did there was no guided relaxation. This video has helped me so much!!!!

    Excellent guide to begin a meditation session. The closed-eye visuals I saw once I was completely relaxed were very beautiful indeed. Very much like being on a threshold dose of a tryptamine psychedelic. Amazing to know that such a state is a few short minutes away.

    Dearest Esther, I tried this for the first time today. While living temporarily with my mom, our occasional mother-daughter clashes can be stressful and discouraging–but doing this exercise after one such episode relaxed and encouraged me enough to face her again in good spirit, without resentment. The change from my previous state of frustration and discouragement to peaceful calm was tremendous.
