    One day later than scheduled but I did it. I finished week 2.
    I was a little worried about this one as I am a yoga newbie and still have trouble in getting right all the poses but it was a great feel-good workout. Thanks Jessica!

    Great variety in the workout. I’ve only managed 2 workouts with you this week. The weather has been incredible this week. Have to take advantage of the sunshine in Ireland. We don’t often see it. Just been enjoying long walks outside.

    I expected this to be a relaxing “yogilates”-inspired routine but this workout kicked my butt and got me sweating! It’s a refreshing total body workout! It makes the perfect energizer before a long hard day at work! Now that Thursday’s workout is finished, I think tonight will be a perfect time to do the “Dance Party” workout! See ya then!
