    I did dance when I was little and I kept some of my flexibility. These videos really help being that back and really work on stabilizing those muscles too. I love yoga!

    Thank you so much Jen, I am exploring ashtanga since 1 year, after a lifetime in martial arts. I found very good video and tutorial, exciting but very muscolar. Your mode, attitude, and style, are beautifull for me, much more “feminine” without loosing in capability. I am taking your video and your peacefull voive with me in my holiday (3 kids on the seaside is not exactly a holiday, but that’s mother’s fate). Thanks for sharing, love, Anna.
